Spring! I'm looking forward to the weather getting warmer and the riding getting better. The launch went very well, there will be some pictures posted up here shortly. In the meantime, check out this review that Farkin.Net have done. TIA is now available in Australia in all good MTB stores.

Today is a very big day - just a few hours from the Australian launch on the big screen at Mt. Stromlo. I'll have some pics sometime afterwards for those of you who couldn't make it to the race. If you happen to be in Portugal though, you're in luck: Portugal TIA launch. And no, I can't read what that poster actually says.

Went out to Stromlo today to check it all out - looks like the Canberra World Cup Round will be huge/awesome/great! VAS have picked up TIA and will distribute it overseas, so you will be able to get your hands on TIA anywhere in the world. Still unsure of the exact release date overseas, but expect it to be out mid September. Within Aus. TIA will in stores mid-week this week, and available at the merch. store of the World Cup.

A promo for TIA is airing as part of Fuel TVs 'Weekly Skid' program. Check your guide for times.

Lots of questions coming in, so just to clarify - TIA will be shown on the main big-screen in the event centre of the World Cup round being held at Mt. Stromlo in Canberra. The film starts at 4:30pm on Saturday the 30th of August.

Ladies and Gents, we are very happy to announce the details for the Australian premiere of TIA. See the POSTER for details. Be there or be square. A massive thanks to CORC and CORC World Events for making this happen.

Farkin.Net, a sponsor of TIA, has just put up a new banner ad for the film. Keep an eye out for a review of the film on Farkin in a fortnight or so too.

Lots of stuff happening at the moment, in the middle of the final mad rush to get everything sorted for the premiere in a month's time at the Canberra World Cup Round - still waiting on the organisers to give me the final start time, but it will be out at Mt. Stromlo on Saturday afternoon, before the start of the 4X. The film itself is finished, everyones really happy with it, and I can't wait to get it out there. Release should be towards the end of August in Australia and shortly after that everywhere else. Check back here or on the major MTB sites for more info on that front.

A big thanks to some of the people who have helped along the way - my friend Damian Breach for being the stills man for TIA, Emma from World Wide Online Printing in Fyshwick for doing all of the graphic design, Joseph Harper of TwoSix media for the motion graphics, Kate Zarifeh for being the music coordinator, and Alister Robbie who is the Post-Production supervisor and all-round awesome guy. And of course, everyone else who helped out in however small a way.

Got gear?

A few shots from the night shoot at Stromlo - behind the scenes rather than riding shots. Two 3000 watt strobe lights, cables, a lighting desk and most importantly a kettle - and a small generator, something everyone has lying around...

The Mountain Bike Show, a creativly named podcast run by Scratchy had me on for an interview a little while ago - the episode is available as of earlier today so go and check it out here.

More details to come. There is also a launch planned in Portugal the following week.

Worlds are run and won, and big congrats to Gee. Poor Peaty and poor Sam though. Even poorer Graves - still hasn't got that Champs title, It was good to see great racing though, the competition in DH has never been so tight and so fierce, and watching it all live is great, even if it is on in the middle of the night for some :-)

An interview about the making of the film. We can't believe that it has been a month since this site was launched already!

Been a while since last update - things are pretty busy at the moment. Here is a pic from the shoot with Joel Bain in Perth, and Amiel being Amiel.
